Watched that classic Audrey Hepburn, Frank Sinatra film, Funny Face yesterday. Gorgeous, chic and stylish if not a little strange and disney like at the same time! Great 1950s vibes.

What an iconic image, simple but striking.
This is the one!!  The scalloped neck line is featured in many new designs by Mario Schwab, as seen in my last post on Curves.

I love this typically 50s silhouette with the waspie waist.  This film  tracked a movement in fashion photography that took it out of the studio,  poised and static to modern marketing, selling a life style and whole image.  The action shots are narrative in nature and more fitting for the increasingly sophisticated magazines.
